A short, focused series designed to evoke transformation, momentum, or breakthrough in a specific area. Perfect for tackling a transition, unblocking a challenge, or setting something new in motion.
The first session is 90 minutes and includes additional time for getting to know you in depth and designing our coaching relationship.
Four (4) additional coaching sessions thereafter, 50 minutes each in length.

A deeper coaching journey that supports sustained growth, integration, and meaningful change over time. Ideal for navigating complexity, building self-trust, or shaping your next chapter with intention.
The first session is 90 minutes and includes additional time for getting to know you in depth and designing our coaching relationship.
Nine (9) additional coaching sessions thereafter, 50 minutes each in length.
